Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
One of the most important things for you to understand before we begin is the difference between therapy and life coaching. I am a certified life and weight coach… not a licensed psychotherapist. Read on to learn about the big differences between the two fields, which are not mutually exclusive.
Lots of my clients also work with a therapist!

3. What are your Qualifications?

Mothers are my tribe.
We share the same language of laughter and tears.
If you’ve ever said something like, “We don’t wash our little brother’s hands in the toilet!” to a four year old…
I speak your language, and I am here for you.
(PS - Here are a few photos of my kiddos when they were little. They are now 17, 15 and 13 years old. Time flies, which is why it’s good to think about YOUR next chapter!)
